Forgetting where one has come from leads to pride and then downfall.
Forgetting what the Lord has done for you in the past saps praise from you and give room to murmuring.
Forgetting what friends or family did for you when you were down leads to shattered relationships and exposure to scrutiny.
Choose not to forget, and your heart will flow with thanksgiving, encouragement and motivation to many.
I choose to remember what God has done for me.
I choose to remember the people who have stood with me.
I choose to remember, and I give God all the glory.
I choose to remember and teach and tell my kids that God is faithful, there are gifted people who God position in your life in the times of need.
